Dr. Stephanie Glanville is a clinical psychologist with advanced postdoctoral training in neuropsychology. She began her career in the United States Air Force, where she developed extensive experience treating PTSD and trauma-related anxiety disorders. Dr. Glanville is highly trained in evidence-based approaches, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that healing is possible, even after deeply stressful or traumatic experiences. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where patients feel comfortable exploring their experiences. Through this work, she helps individuals process difficult life events, gain meaningful insight, and move forward with greater resilience and improved overall functioning.
Elizabeth Van Horn Patton is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a background in developmental psychology. She started her education at Ursinus College, where she obtained a BA in psychology, then went to Columbia University for a MA in developmental psychology. After several years of conducting research and teaching college psychology courses, Liz decided to become a mental health clinician. She attended Immaculata University for her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently working toward full licensure in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, under the guidance of Dr. Glanville.
Liz is a person-centered therapist who utilizes evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to treat adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and a history of trauma. Her therapeutic approach involves collaboration, compassion, and authenticity. Liz seeks to create a comfortable therapeutic environment where clients can feel free to explore their emotions, opinions, and goals without fear of judgment.
